I am an 'old time' modeler that got the modeling bug back in the early 70's when there was not a whole lot of choices as far as kits were concerned so I did as much converting and scratch building as actual "out of the box' building. So with todays super detailed kits and abundance of after market products to choose from, I'm in modelers heaven!!
